Easter Week in Vila-real is one of the oldest and most fascinating celebrations of its kind in the province of Castellón. Since 1546 this town in Castellón Costa Azahar has welcomed a large number of visitors looking to enjoy deep-rooted traditions such as the Tamborrada drum parade on Palm Sunday, a festivity that takes place this year on 20^th March at 8 p.m. This spectacular parade will make its way through the Plaça Sant Pasqual square, continuing along the streets of Raval San Pascual and Major Sant Jaume, ending up in the Plaça de la Vila and Plaça Major squares.
